ETA TECHNOLOGIES

We believe there is a future for the internal combustion engine (ICE). However we see that only high-efficiency and low-emission ICEs will be acceptable. Whatever the future ICE fuel is, we will make every gram count.

Our Mission is to deliver the engine that enables distributed and mobile electrical generation at maximum efficiency with minimum emissions and costs.

What we’re doing

We plan to commercialise a novel 2-stroke engine that overcomes the limitations of existing 4-stroke and 2-stroke engines and therefore enables the roll-out of range-extenders, series hybrid vehicles and ICE based combined heat and power (CHP). We hope to see these engines running on renewably sourced fuel as the concept is inherently suitable for hydrogen and e-fuels.

Whilst our technology is not currently public, we may be interested to work with parties that might share our vision and goals. We would specifically be interested to talk to developers of high-efficiency heat-exchangers and variable speed superchargers and also those currently working on Uniflow 2-stroke engines.
